The one consolation I have for MISSING the most EPIC ski season Utah has seen in my lifetime is that right now, in May, when it is STILL SNOWING in Utah, I am enjoying FRESH SALSA from my garden. Everything in you see here: Tomatoes, onions, and three types of peppers came straight from the GARDEN. No its not quite as good as a great powder day....but at least its something!

That is awesome! I have to say I am jealous. So, I started my first garden this summer/spring/winter;)... and a few things have started coming up but I am a little worried all this rain has rotted some of the seeds. If you have any tips let me know!
